If it has been approved, great! Go ahead and sign up for the conference.
If it hasn't, then two things:
1) If you submitted your transcripts BEFORE OCTOBER 1ST, then you should be good and I would advise you to just be patient, since NSBE WHQ has probably received an influx of transcripts.
2) If you submitted your transcripts ON or AFTER October 1st, then here's some things you should think about:
- Wait until Friday, October 12, to see if you've been approved.
- If you have not been approved for APEx status by Friday night, I would advise you to go ahead and pay the $85 collegiate member fee. What I could do for you in this case is, if you do end up getting approved before November 1st, I can get you a refund from the regional treasurer. You would receive this refund either at or after the conference. The only way you can receive this refund, though, is if you tell me that you got approved.
- If you don't want to pay the $85, you can wait to see if you've been approved before November 1st. If you do get approved, you should be able to sign up for the conference for free.
- If you are reading this after October 12, you're only option is to wait and see if you get approved by November 1st.
